          Yubeishi 预备势 (Ready Position)

          Qishi起势 (Beginning Position)

          Also known as Sanhuan Taoyue 三环套月 (Three Rings Envelop the Moon)

          1. Bingbu Dianjian 并步点剑 (Stand with the Feet Together and Point) Also known as Qingting Dianshui 蜻蜓点水 (Dragonfly Skims over the Water)

          2. Duli Fanci 独立反刺 (One-leg Stance and Reverse Stab) Also known as Dakuixing Shi 大魁星势 (Big Dipper)

          3. Pubu Hengsao 仆步横扫 (Crouch Stance and Sweep to the Side) Also known as Yanzi Chaoshui燕子抄水 (Swallow Brushes the Water)

          4. Xiangyou Pingdai 向右平带 (Horizontal Draw to the Right) Also known as You Lansao 右拦扫 (Right Block and Sweep)
