    Suggestions for insomnia during the tour

    People can not fall asleep when they stay at a strange place, especially when they go on a journey and live in a strange hotel. On the one hand, it result in people do not have enough time to rest, on the other hand, it effect tourist’s mood to go sight-seeing. The ways to figure out the problem are follows.

    1. Read books or listen to CD
    Researches found that people bring their favorite book or CD and read or listen to them before they go to bed. This can create a familiar atmosphere and relax their intense spirit. Listening to music can help to produce a stable physiology changes in sleep, such as slow down the heartbeat and breathing. But do not read the book which makes you focus on it entirely.

    2. Familial decorations or belongings
    The familiar furnishings can give you a strong psychological hint and reduce strangeness of the hotel. It sounds very troublesome, but it is a effective way to solve the insomnia problem in hotels.

    3. Eat alkaline food
    After a day of sightseeing, you can eat appropriate number of   alkaline food for dinner, such as kelp, seaweed, all kinds of fresh vegetables, soy products, dairy products and animal liver which   rich in protein and vitamins. After the digestion and    absorption by your stomach and intestine, these food can reduce the blood acidity   quickly, balance the body's pH and conducive to sleep at night.

    4. Drink a cup of hot milk
    To drink a cup of hot milk with Sugar before going to bed can increase the secretion of human insulin, impels amino acids into the brain cells, boost the secretion of serotonin and make people sleep well.

    5. Eat more fruit
    Fruit is indispensable in long trips. Apart from arranging the journey according to your abilities, it is better to eat some apples, bananas, orange, citrus, pears or other fruits. The balminess of fruit can make the nerve system calm down and the sugar of fruit can make people sleep easily by inhibiting the brain cortex.
