  • Gastric Gaseous Distention Can Be Relieved By Face-wash Before Meal

    The experts believed that gaseous distention is pathogen of all diseases. Qi stagnation stays in body which hinders circulation of body fluids, damages vigor of internal organs, causes aching pain and fatigue of locations.

    People who sit in the office for a long time should not bend from the waist, be humpbacked or palsy in the chair, which will protrude lower abdomen. Gaseous distention can be avoided by contracting lower abdomen and straightening back.

    The experts suggest people should have a rest before meal. Gastric gaseous distention can be relieved by allaying tiredness before meal. Face is washed with face, shoulder and cervical part (from bottom to top) lightly massaged, which can slacken people. 

    Moreover, pressure should not be brought to the dinner table. Burden of intestine and stomach will be increased when take food in bad mood. Eating and chatting at the same time or laughing is inadvisable to avoid bringing air into belly. Extension excise can be done before resting to eliminate gaseous distention which accumulates at stomach. The method is as follows: the body lies low; hands and feet straighten naturally. Right knee is bent down when inspire qi and right leg is felt like pressing abdomen then right foot is put down when expire. Then left foot is repeatedly done the same action.
